ProfanityMeter's Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProfanityMeter
Discord bot ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to a server or using its
commands, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Bot Does

The Bot provides the `/profanitymeter` command, which searches Discord's
API for tracked words sent by the
invoking user in servers you and the Bot both belong to, and displays a
ranked summary to you.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the Bot to harass, target, or embarrass another user without their
  consent.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Bot's access to
  Discord's API.
- Use the Bot in any way that violates Discord's own Terms of Service,
  Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy.

3. No Warranty

The Bot is provided "as is," developed as a hobby project, with
no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot's developer is not liable
for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

5. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Termination

The developer may block a server or user from using the Bot at any time,
for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
